Account and alerts (optional)

You can use the site without an account. If you create one to follow firms, we keep:

• your email address, to sign you in and send your alerts;
• your language and alert settings;
• the list of firms you follow.

Legal basis: providing the service you ask for. This data is stored with Supabase Inc. and emails are sent by Resend (resend.com). It is kept while your account exists: you can download it or delete your account at any time from the "My account" page, and every alert has an unsubscribe link.

If you sign in with Google, Google only sends us your name and email address; we never get your password or access to your Google account.

If you report a payout or write a review, we keep what you send (firm, amount, dates, country, comment, review) and the attached proof. Only our team sees the proof, to check the report; it's deleted as soon as it's checked, or with your account. Once published, payouts and reviews show without your name or email address.

If you use the dashboard, we keep the accounts, balances, spending and payouts you enter there. They're private: only you can see them, they're never published, and they're deleted with your account.

We use no targeted advertising and no advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share your data.

Technical data

Like any website, our host (Vercel Inc.) receives each visitor's IP address and browser to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. These logs are managed by the host and kept for a limited time.

Cookies and local storage

We only use what the site needs to work, which requires no consent:

• the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, which remembers your language (French or English);
• if you sign in, the sb-… session cookies, which keep you signed in;
• your browser's local storage, which remembers the theme (light or dark) and the currency shown (€ or $).

None of these is used to track you or shared. If we add audience measurement, it will be a cookieless tool (Plausible), and this page will be updated.

Transfers outside the European Union

Datakratos Ltd is based in the United Kingdom, which has an adequacy decision from the European Commission: your data is protected there as it is in the EU.

Vercel Inc., Resend and Google are US companies. Any transfer of data to the United States is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. Write to tarik.elberrak@datakratos.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority where you live, such as the CNIL in France (www.cnil.fr).
